3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp orange zest
Mix together in pan and cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Add 1 cup whipped whipping cream and 1 tsp sugar. Stir all together and serve over angel food cake.
This makes a lot but it can be refrigerated and used again.

A little about our blog...
We (meaning me, my sisters, sister-in-laws, other relatives and some friends) started this blog together in Fall 2008. We don't do anything gourmet really. But we all enjoy good food. However, we all manage our families, kids, activities, etc. and still try to put a good meal on the table every night. We hope you can find something here you like. There's everything from basic comfort food to amazing dessert recipes. But we like to keep things simple so you won't find anything too labor intensive on this site. I can't speak for everyone who contributes to this blog, but I like a meal I can throw together in 20 minutes on a busy day. We hope you enjoy our blog!
